Transcript Request

Do you need a copy of your transcript? There is a $5 processing and mailing fee for each transcript. You may pay for your transcript online. Please indicate “transcript fee” in the designation box. After you pay please follow the below instructions:

  • Complete this Transcript Request Form
  • Attach the receipt from your $5 payment to the BSA Foundation (Go HERE, enter $5 for Donation and indicate ‘Transcript Fee’ for Designation.)
  • Attach a government I.D. (driver’s license, passport, state I.D.)

Please allow one week to process.  We cannot send official transcripts to alumni, only to institutions/employers.  If you have any questions, please contact Abby Warren at awarren@bsfa.org.
