    Faculty Development Coordinator

    Sarah Welch

Sarah Welch is thrilled to bring her passion for the arts to her role as Development Coordinator. A lifelong advocate for creative expression, Sarah’s journey in the arts began at Roland Park Country School, where she was an active participant in the musical theater program. Her commitment to the arts deepened during her senior year at RPCS through a project with the Hippodrome Foundation, an experience that solidified her career path. She continued this work with the foundation throughout her college years and beyond, assisting in the early stages of Camp Hippodrome. At Dickinson College, she further pursued her interests in theatre and music. Now, she brings that passion full circle, returning to her alma mater as the Director of the Upper School’s fall musical.

In her role at BSA, Sarah works closely with the Board of Directors and BSA Foundation Trustees, manages volunteer efforts for the Foundation, and is spearheading the reboot of the Stage One Young Professionals program. Over the past year, she has focused on streamlining internal systems, including launching a new ticketing platform. Sarah is excited to continue working with the BSA community and the larger community in the year ahead, building strong connections through the arts.
