Stephanie Moore is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in advancing philanthropic goals within the nonprofit sector. Before joining BSA, Stephanie served as the Senior Director of Advancement at Everyman Theatre in Baltimore, MD, where she spearheaded all revenue-producing departments since July 2022. In this role, she cultivated meaningful connections with donors and patrons, leading to significant growth in both earned and contributed revenue.
Stephanie’s career in development and fundraising began at the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, where she held various roles, including Director of the Annual Fund & Development Operations.
Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Arts Management and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Oregon, along with a Bachelor of Music in Flute Performance from Salem College. Her contributions to the field include serving on the Emerging Arts Advocates Council and presenting at various professional conferences.
Throughout her career, Stephanie has demonstrated a passion for donor engagement, strategic stewardship, and innovative fundraising. Her expertise in data-driven metrics, DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility) initiative building, and project management has consistently delivered exceptional results, making her a key asset to the organizations she has served.
